I really enjoyed the 3 days there; Taz was great and we had quite a few laughs. Taz - are you holding sheets while reading this glowing report I am sending back? The Wifi was perfect and enabled me to catch up with all the matches I missed in Wimbledon so very satisfied. No, everything was brilliant, I did what I had to an Taz made sure I had everything I wanted and couldn't have been more attentive. Thanks for everything. All the best. Pam

The host was extremely kind. Not only did he provide me with snacks and tea, but he also gave me his card so I could use public transportation, which was a big help since I only had cash on me. The room was also very comfortable. Overall, I had a really nice experience.

Loved the decor, cleanliness, quality of finishes, Room directory , amenities, hospitality. Didn’t eat but menu looked appetizing- perhaps a little expensive.

Host was extremely helpful and welcoming he get me a breakfast Ready for me 6 in the morning because I have to leave early

Warm welcome with friendly staff. Very nice and quite with comfy bed. Great location just next to Heathrow airport. Fantastic breakfast which was ontime.
